Customer Question

This is Peter. I have an Ideacentre on which we installed Windows 10 when it first came out. Turns out the machine we have doesn't support Windows 10 and Microsoft recommended we revert back to the original Windows 7 and then upgrade to Windows 8.1. Windows 7 came with the machine and we don't have the discs, but we do have the install disc for Windows 8. Trouble is the disc, hen installed, won't initiate anything. Microsoft indicated that I should contact you to reset the BIOS so that I can run the program from the 8.1 disc. Please advise
