Hello Barbara, how are you?

Are you trying to do this on a Mac computer?

If so, the password *****'s asking for is either your logon password ***** the root password.

If you're not sure what they are I can help you recover them via a secure remote session.

Kind Regards,

Martin, I was able to get in and download it, but when I try signing documents, it tells me that I only have Adobe 10, and that I need to upgrade. But when I tried to do that, I'm back in the same loop.

Hi Barbara,

I have finished my shift for today, I would recommend we do a remote session so I can fix the problem for you.

When are you available to continue?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't want to pay any more money.
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

I can reduce the amount for you if that's an issue.

I will send you a quote in my next message.
