I want to uninstall windows 10. Can't figure any of it out.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: Toshiba laptop Windows7

Customer: I can't figure any of it out and getting emails days late. I don't like how anything is set up. I'm older and prefer windows 7. 10 is not worth it if I can't use my computer to do the simplest tasks.

you can remove Windows 10 and go back to the previous version of Windows by following the steps below:
- Click Start Menu and click "Settings"
- Click “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.”
