Customer Question

I owned a Toshiba laptop which was running last July during a lightning strike. The only part that survived was the hard drive. Insurance provided a new computer. I have now paired the hd with a core 2 duo and motherboard and it works well. However, I keep getting a message that Windows 7 is not genuine. I'm told this is due to the fact Toshiba set the default that way. I have paid for two OS systems, will you help me to get two running?

The product key for Windows 7 is tied to the motherboard, so that's why it's showing as not active anymore.

Any interest in upgrading to Windows 10?
