Customer Question

I have a surface pro 2. I am using a tv for monitor via vga adapter. Every so ofter the tv goes black and I need to unplug the mini cable and reconnect which results in the monitor coming back on. This is a cable problem or am I asking too much of the surface to drive the tv?

These types of problems usually are a trial and error process where you need to slowly replace and try. I would start with replacing the cable and if that does not fix the issue, we can work on things with the Surface. Please replace the cable and let me know if that doesn't work so we can continue with more troubleshooting.
