If you purchased your Pandora One subscription directly through our website (not a mobile app), use the following directions to change your credit card and billing preferences.

  1. Sign into your account at on a computer (not a mobile device).
  2. Click your email address in the upper right corner and select Settings > Billing.
  3. Make any changes you need to your credit card.
  4. Enter your card's Security Code.
