If you open up Explorer to list your drives (you can achieve that by pressing WindowsKey+E) you should be able to see the camera / memory card there.Do you see it?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No camera icon

If you're not too sure where to go, I can connect to you remotely and show you how to do it.Would you like that?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No thanks at this time. I am pretty computer savvy.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Under network I found the camera icon.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Now it is gone????
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
It shouldn't be under network - it should be in explorer, depending on your operating system it's under "My Computer" or simply "Computer" in the newer versions

Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
What phone do you have and are you contacting me from your computer or from another device?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have the Samsung Galaxy S'6 and yes I'm on my computer. But I was fixing to take the USB cord and go to my hubby computer and see what happens.
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.
You do not need to install any software to view the files on a Galaxy S6, it gets picked up by the computer automatically. If it doesn't, we can try scanning for new hardware from the device manager, you mentioned you were computer savvy so that's something we can check as well.Open up the device manager and scan for hardware changes and see if you see the phone listed in the list of devices and tell me what the driver status is for it so I get a better picture of what's going on.Thanks!
