A few days ago, I tried to place an order, and found that the password ***** had been remembered and used for four years was rejected. I tried at least six times to change to a new password, following the procedure indicated. Each time, the password ***** is accepted, and I am congratulated for a successful change, and advised to continue shopping. However when I shut down, and try it again, the new, successful password ***** ***** rejected.
Any suggestions?
