Hi! My name is ***** ***** I am an independent technology expert who's been paired with you through It is my pleasure to assist you today.

"Gaming Mode" is kind of a generic term for any tweaks made to the OS to eek better performance out of a computer, but often just involved changing a single system setting. So...let's check that first.

Click START, then type ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS into the search bar. When the search results show that option, click it to open it. Next, click the SETTINGS button inside the Performance section. When the section opens, choose the option for LET WINDOWS CHOOSE WHAT'S BEST FOR MY COMPUTER.

Assuming that's all that was initially changed, you shouldn't need to do anything else!
