Customer Question

About two weeks ago I received a message from a person I thought was a 'friend'. He asked me to open a link which i did and then discovered that the message was not from him. I told the 'person' that i thought the message was a scam and cancelled out. From that time on, I cannot open Facebook on my PC. My computer repair person went on line and when he saw the statement allegedly from Facebook he told me he had another client who had the exact same problem and that he had spent several hours trying to figure out how to fix the issue but with no success. I am hoping you can help. I have no problem accessing Facebook on my cell phone but can't on my PC. Please help me get through this. Thanks.
