In my latest bank statement I have found 3 items relating to membership of Justanswer;
1. 2 May 2016 - $68.00 for Technical Support [which I understood would be free as it related to a problem with my
ASUS laptop]
2. 2 May 2016 - $5.00 - also for Technical Support
3. 6 May 2016 - $87.00 for membership of Justanswer
I have no recollection of requesting membership of Justanswer and I do not wish to have membership.
I would appreciate your cancelling my membership and refunding the above amounts, please.
