Hi there and welcomeCan you power off the computer.Then power it on and keep tapping F8 until you get to a menu.Choose Safe Mode Command PromptWhen your at a screen you can type, type innet user administrator /active:yes Press enterRestart the computer and you should now see an administrator account as well.Click it and leave the password ***** to sign in.Once signed in, you can go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, User Accounts and reset your user password.Let me know please how you go.
