My modem and router are working properly; the HP computer I purchased yesterday at Best Buy is showing on the screen that it is accessing the internet, but when I try to look for information on the internet the computer screen states:
"Hmm, we can't reach this page"
I have already refreshed the page.
Rebooted the router and modem.
In addition, I have two other laptops, and both are accessing the internet, just fine.
I don't know what to do next?

Go to start menu --> type in cmd --> open this cmd window --> type ping then enter What do you get back in that window?
