Everything is wrong! My question is why my network location that this shortcut will open\Y Server.txt didn't open at all?

Without being remotely connected to your computer, I can't answer this question. I can speculate as to the cause, but I can't know anything for sure. Where is this network location? Is it a network server in your home or business? Have you checked the server to make sure that it is up and running?
