Customer Question

I have a older unit and I'm getting ready to donate it to a company, to be used by someone who needs a computer. I have it open and I can see the hard drives. The top
drive is a seagate drive and I can't see what the other drive is. I'm trying to remove the drives (for disposal) before I give away the computer.

Welcome to, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you. Are you trying to physically remove the drives from your machine? Or just format and erase them? Also, I need to know the full name brand and model of the machine so I can help you with specific steps. Thank you for your response, Dustin S.
