I took my computer in to Best Buy today because my touch screen wouldn't respond. I am from Texas and I am in Utah. Since they couldn't find and fix my computer on site I was told to contact you here.
I was also told that I have a lot running in the background that I don't want to run.
Could you help me find why my touch screen won't respond?
