Hi Michelle
I am totally confused. I have used just answers before and in order to fix my computer one would have to connect remotely.
When I signed up yesterday I chose to pay more (66) so that my issue could be attended to straight away.
That didn't happen.
Now today I see I can pay a further $37 to have you connect remotely.
Please can you explain this clearly to me.
