Customer Question

I have a Dragon Medical Practice Edition 2 subscription that was inadvertently removed from a system This same product is being used by the same doctor on another system with the files nearly identical.
My question is there a way to transfer files over to the newly installed copy from the samd Dragon Speak currently operating? If so what are the files and how will they be applied to the new install?

Welcome to, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you. Dragon naturally speaking has a method where you can export and then import a user to another version of dragon.. Dragon medical also has a backup feature as mentioned here. I cant find a guide that covers specifically how to backup the database. But generally speaking, if you make a copy of the nuance app data folder.. And then copy it into place on the pc thats missing the database, that should do the trick. This is something I could connect and quickly do for you, or if you have an IT department thats familiar with windows computers and programs, they should be able to go into your app data folder, make a copy of the nuance / dragon medical database, and then copy it into place on the machine you want to move the files to. And that would mirror what you had on one machine to the other. let me know if you have further questions, or if youd like me to connect and transfer the files for you. I strive to provide great service, and greatly appreciate a rating of excellent ( 5 stars ) selected and submitted below this answer or at the top right of the screen.
