VerifiedYou are right this is a scam. You don't need to answer them or have them access your computer. Your license, if it were to be cancelled then that would have automatically happened by now. Microsoft never calls you to tell you that the license is being used at more then 10 sites, infact 10 is a big number, 1 license is for 1 PC only, when they detect the license being used on 2-3 places, it will automatically be deactivated.
