I want to help you in the best way possible, but sometimes the telephone only makes things worse, due to polarizing voice accents, are hard to understand each other.
Using the typing, makes everything very clear, and we wont both be saying..."huh", "what did you say, you were cutting out"
Know what i mean?
Anyways.....if you really are having trouble....i can also do a Remote session (also called a screen share) that allows me to see and control your screen. This is great feature, and helps immensely, if the problem can really only be SEEN and not described. It allows me to SEE first hand what the issue is.....without you having to describe it.
