I have a surface pro 3 . I have IT group . I'm in the insurance business and we were told to hold off on Windows 10. Insurance Business gave us the ok to upgrade . During this time waiting on go ahead for upgrade , I had to rerun my surface in on warranty and My IT PEOPLE PUT MY STUFF ON OLD ON NEW . They told me everything would move over . They left off email , a few files and Quicken . I have Quicken backup done from Windows 8 . When I try to put quicken on 10
It tells me to update with admin rights and its unable to update . I have tried from Admin to update and keep
Getting same message . My IT has anti virus along with insurance business . Not sure if this is causing issue . Help?

Hi, and thank you for asking your question.

First off, please RIGHT-click on the Quicken setup/program file, and select "Run as administrator."

Are you able to install and update Quicken all right this way?
