In my Roxio program there appears to be an audio clip stuck in the video panel. Example, new production I add a color panel. Play it and an audio begins to play that was not added. Where do I look to get rid of it?

Can you tell me what version of Roxio you are using?

What version of windows are you using?


YOu may have to REinstall ROxio......thats a maybe.....and might end up being your last resort are you willing to do this?

Stop... For some reason the problem seemed to disappear as oddly as it appeared. I had turned off my computer in the meantime.. so perhaps that solved the problem. If not I'll be back. I assume that I will only be charged the $5 this time.. Correct? Thanks, Don
