My card company sent me a fraud alert on your transaction. So I have cancelled your trans action
I have had other online transactions and never received an alert???
Also you seemed to be adding to original cost before even starting so thanks anyway
And have a good day
Expert:  Kamil Anwar replied 1 year ago.

I believe there has been a confusion. This is a Question/Answer site, when you want to be assisted it is covered in the original cost, when the session is remote then that is in addition to the question price. In any case, if issue is not resolved you have the option to opt for a full refund. Hope this clarifies.
