When using PowerPoint I use the print notes feature to print

Customer Question

When using PowerPoint I use the print notes feature to print my comments. Several of the pages have text that exceeds the "window" on the notes page. When I print this file some of the notes pages print including text that exceeds the "window." Others do not. How can I correct this matter so that all of the text prints?

Hello and thank you for choosing

I think i have a solution.

When typing out your notes, make sure to use the Enter key, as you approach the END of the window.

Much like a typewriter, when you slid the paper BACk to the starting point, so as not to continue typing off the page.

Does that make sense?
