What exactly happens when you try to open Pinnacle?

Which version of windows are you using?

And when could you last open it?

sometimes nothing, sometimes the window appear but don't open.

I want you please to do a system restore to undo any damage that occurred.

To do this, close all programs.

Press the windows key + X and click on Control Panel

click System and Security

Then click on System

Then System Protection

Then System restore

Choose a date before this problem occurred.

Let it complete and tell me if it now functions correctly please
