Please try the following:
- Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
- Click Start , and then click Control Panel.

- (Open Network and Internet if available); then open Internet Options.
- Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
- Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
- In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
- Then click on Close.
- Then check pogo games.
- If that still does not work, click on the website below:
, then there, download and install the Firefox program
; keep all default options during installation
; when prompted to make Mozilla Firefox as default default, confirm Yes.
, then close Internet Explorer program
, then open Mozilla Firefox program and if prompted to make Mozilla Firefox as default default, select Yes
, then go to the pogo.com website in Firefox program and sign in and see if you can play games fine in Firefox program.
