I'm sorry about the issue, The error happens because that the Component-Based Servicing (CBS) manifest is corrupted. I would suggest you run sfc to check and fix the corrupted files:

  • Click on start, type cmd, this will Open an elevated command prompt.
  • type the sfc /scannow command.
  • Try to install update again.
