Customer Question

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. When I go to open Eudora 7, I get the following message: The directory specified in the command line
doesn't exist or is not writeable.
Can you help me get past this?

Welcome to, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.

Thankfully, Eudora stores your mail files separately from its program files.. It can however be a bit difficult to get eudora running on a windows 10 machine.

Would you like me to connect via a secure remote connection and repair the program for you? Im sending an offer for that method of support now. The offer is guaranteed meaning if I cant fix the issue, you will be entitled to a full refund of all fees.

Once that offer is accepted or rejected, we can continue.
