Hi. Is Internet Explorer working properly now?

Problem still exist
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.

Thanks. You have a corrupted toolbar installed in Internet Explorer.

This corruption was probably the result of a virus scan removing the dll file

and the toolbar itself was installed as the result of a malware infection.

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Manage add-ons

click Toolbars and Extensions on the left.

Select each installed toolbar, except Java, and disable them one at a time.

Close and re-open Internet Explorer after each disable operation. Once the error

goes away you'll know that the last toolbar disabled is the culprit.

I can connect to your machine and correct this and have made an offer to do so.
