You can only do that as you create the report, you will have to begin again on the Create Report wizard, In Step 2 of the Report Wizard, you’ll have the option to refine your report data. Click the folder that contains the receipts you want to include in the report. Then choose to filter by Receipt Date, Tax Category, or click Add Filter to filter by another criteria.
