The detailed answer, how to do so, depends upon what browser you are using. If (as I guess) you are speaking of use of the Chrome browser, here's the procedure:

  1. Open Dev Tools by pressing: F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I

  2. Now by just leaving dev tools open, rightclick or click and hold the reload button next to the address bar. Now a somewhat 'hidden menu' opens.

  3. Choose: "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"
