I placed my TurboTax Deluxe CD in the sliding tray on my Hewlett Packard CPU (label side up) but nothing is happening. I tried holding the Windows Logo down while pressing "R" then clicked on Browse but message on screen says "Cannot Locate TurboTax." What am I doing wrong??

go to COMPUTER on the start menu

you should see the cd drive as one of the devices

( it should say turbo tax on it. if it does not than the cd is not being read correctly and you can try taking it out and putting it in again )

right click on it and select browse or explore or open to view files

find the setup.exe file

right click on it and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

That will start the install process
