I'm sorry about the issue, Please opened C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\update and deleted the patchw32.dll file. reloaded Quicken and you will be prompted to download the update again and this time it should work

Open (this computer), navigate to your C drive, Go to ProgramData folder, Open Intuit, then Quicken, Open Inet, then Common, patch then update folder. find patchw32.dll file and delete it.
