My Windows 10 upgrade slowed WAAAAY down yesterday, but

Customer Question

My Windows 10 upgrade slowed WAAAAY down yesterday, but would still reboot. Today it decided it needed an auto fix, but when the choose keyboard screen comes up the mouse and keyboard aren't active.
At this point the computer will no longer boot up the software at all, but just goes into repair mode and freezes on the "choose type of keyboard" screen. How do I get past this screen and allow the auto repair to continue?

USB routed through a KVM switch (two computers using same monitor)
Expert:  Michelle replied 1 year ago.

by pass the kvm switch and connect the keyboard and mouse directly to the pc and the monitor directly on one computer and once it recognize the hardware run windows 10 latest updates and once it completes the updates you may switch to the kvm
