What device are you using the Rhapsody Music service with (ex: on laptop, desktop, smartphone, ipad, iphone, or other)? Also are you using the Rhapsody UNRADIO servce or RHapsody Premier?

I am using a Hewlett-Packard laptop (on my desk). As far as I know, I am using Rhapsody Premier (certainly not Unradio Service).

Allison, I was able to use the older format to order songs by various artists and add them to my music list in whatever order I wished, as well as . This worked for several years and suddenly a completely new format came online when I contacted Rhapsody. What I really could use is a written description of the format so I can continue using the music I already have, as well as to order new songs by artists that I was able to find by searching the artist's albums. I had files of humorous or other narrative recordings, such as Bob Newhart and others, in different categories. I can learn to use the new format if I can get some instructions on the organization and on the means for accessing both my current songs as well as new ones.

ok, Sam. I will go ahead and share with you what I have found and then i will opt you since it appears that you are not satisfied with me. The problem is that the old version of Rhapsody used sqlite, but the new version uses SDF. There are various utilities available that can be used to convert the playlists. I was researching the pros and cons of each and the best way to go. Hopefully that will be of some help to you. Have a very pleasant evening!
