I have a Lenovo yoga 700 and for some reason it will not cut on.

Hi, and thank you for asking your question.

The following steps might be a little convoluted, but please carry them out now and let me know:

First, disconnect the power adapter from the laptop.

Next, press the Power button 10 times in a row, at 1-second intervals.

Next, press and HOLD down the Power button for atleast 30 seconds, and then release the button.

Finally, re-connect the power adapter and turn the laptop back on.

That made the key board flash but nothing appeared on the screen and power light in the side is still on
