Does this mean I have malware on my computer that only barnes and noble can detect because I can get all my other sites?

that seems to be a common problem with barnes and nobles and it is definitely on their end. There are pages and pages of complaints about it on the net as in this one

Best guess seems to be that barnes and nobles has a very bad list of ip addresses that they are blocking for some reason.

You can try clearing out your cache and cookies.

Or you can call your isp and ask them for a new ip address
