I'm a computer-dinosaur. Picture this, a brontosaurus clumping around in the forest of IT. That's me!
Since I downloaded Microsoft 10 I've been denied access to a LARGE portion of my existing Microsoft Word files. I'm repeatedly told I am not authorized to open, and even not authorized to save in, a particular file. How do I fix, or undo, this.
