Thank you for requesting me. Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Open Control Panel. (You can type control panel at the Start screen mode, then click on Control Panel.)
; (if needed, press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then the Control Panel window will open.)
  3. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Then click on Close.
  8. Then open Internet and check.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please download and install the Mozilla Firefox program at the website below:

, keep all options during installation, and allow it to import, and keep your home page when prompted

, then close Internet Explorer

, then open Firefox, and go to the Internet / websites in Firefox, and see if it works fine in Firefox.

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
