TRYING TO DOWNLOAD INFO FROM ONE LOGITECH REMOTE TO ANOTHER DON'T REMEMBER LOG IN INFO. THAT WAS 5-6 YRS AGO

You can find out the login id from the remote itself if you plug it in to a computer but for the password ***** have to go through the security questions

To find out the Login ID that was used to set up the Harmony remote follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software. On the login page, click on “I forgot my password
  2. Select Yes for “Do you have the remote?” and click on the Next button
  3. Connect your Harmony remote when prompted and click on the Next button
  4. After communication is complete the software will display your login ID
  5. If you wish to reset your password ***** on with answering the security questions
