Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. Give this a try:

Click in the search area and type: devices and printers and open the Devices and Printers (Control Panel) search result.

Right click on the printers and select Remove Device and close the window.

Then right click on the start menu button and select: Command Prompt (Admin)

At the blinking prompt in the black window type the following 3 commands, pressing Enter after each

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ipv4 reset

netsh int ipv6 reset

Restart your machine and go back to Devices and Printers

click Add a Printer and let Windows search for your printers.

Let me know the result please.

Hi. Were you able to get the printer/s working with the above instructions?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried what you told me to do and it didn't work and I didn't have the time to call you so I found an online company to go through my computer to check update on drivers and they found missing drivers so they were uploaded and now my printers work. This would have required time I didn't have.
