Customer Question

Hello -
I have a Windows 8, Dell Computer.
Problem: The system will not except my PASSWORD. After trying to "reset my password" I found out the verification code on my former cell ending with (613) is a old cell phone number that I stopped using 10 years ago. However it is still registered as my verification code under google. The Google cell (613) most likely is sending a message to that phone number. I would like to update the phone number listed with Google. Question: should the phone number be a cell number or can it be a land phone number.

I'm sorry about the issue. It should be a cell number. Are you having issue with logging / using your computer?

Does it show an email address at the password ***** login screen?

And/or are you having issue with logging / using your email address?

What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.
