when I use the I pod and the docking unit to and try to turn on the power to the boom box the LED don't come I check the power supply board and amplifier board components, like capacitors , diodes and all connection plus testing parts. but all parts OK. so can it be a software, program problem or with some small IC chip. 1-***-***-**** home 1-***-***-**** cell .

Hi Curtis,

Test the power supply voltages to ensure they are correct.

If they are, then it is likely either a switch/button fault or a software issue and the firmware may need to be reinstalled at the factory.
