I have used a Windows iT based computer for several years and had no problem with Gateway Recently I can access all gateway functions except "Bill Paying" where the last screen does not download. I get a Fleeting Message : "Waiting for Web13 secure picture interbank.com/ pbi1961.ashx SPIN= 7414D7DDE26C407" Which I may have copied in error because of the brief duration.
I nonmally use a shortcut for access abut have accrssed directly from the web with the same result.
I have a second lap-top running on Win-10 (Which I loath ) which accesses Gateway without any problemn.
For confidentially reasons I wish to continue using the old iT system and not have banking information on the laptop

Might be a little difficult to diagnose properly without seeing what happens - I will need a little bit more information.

What browser and operating system are you using?

Have you got a firewall and anti virus running?
