Customer Question

We are seeing white specks whenever we do a showing. We've cleaned the lens. We see the specks when we look into the front lens but can't get to it

Hello Alan, and thank you for choosing

What are you referring to, when you say you can SEE the specks under the lens? Are you talking about a stand-alone camera?

Maybe you can snap a quick picture of what you are seeing and send it over.?

But what USUALLY works, is a Air Compressor, Blast it with high pressure air, and it should blow the specks out.

We can look through the lens from the front of the projector and see the specks inside. We tried the air.

Oh, so this is a PROJECTOR....not a computer?

Dust inside the lenses.....and it cant be BLOWN out with air.....theres only 1 option left.....disassemble the projector, and take the lenses out, and try to blow it out that way. Or REPLACE the lenses.

But, if you are not comfortable with taking it apart......then you should take it in to a shop for regular maintenance, and have it cleaned up.
