hello carl, my name is ***** ***** is likely to do with the selection of the audio device. if you go to the control panel (right click start menu, then control panel), then change the view to small icons, then select sound, you should see list of playback devices. by right clicking on them you should be able to set a default device. try the obvious ones, then let me know if it worked. regards, maurice
