I was unable to activate my Window 7 (Prod.Key: 489BX-JG4PD-7FDDD-T324W-RXW2Y). The product is genuine and I was able to upgrade to SP1. When I tried to activate it, however, an error message came up showing Error Code: 0x80070005. So I called your tech support yesterday morning, but the technician (named Von) failed to solve the problem even after long time work. He finally said certain filles are corrupt although this is unlikely because I tried to freshly install mpre than three times using two computers. He suddenly instructed me to set up Microsoft Account without telling me why. Finally he said this matter is now Level 2 and assigned a case number:(###) ###-#### ***** have not been contacted since. I use Asus P8Z77-V Pro (also Gigabyte B75M-D3H). Your help and solution will be most appreciated Junji, Louisiana, USA xxx xxx xxxx***@******.***
