Is there any notifications from Skype regarding, phone number change or email address change of Skype account ? If some one hacked your account they will either change the email login details also or change the email registered with Skype to another email on which the hacker only have access. Otherwise you can reset the password ***** Skype, by sending a reset link to the email or reset code to the phone.

Anyway, if you believe your Skype account is hacked, please report it to Skype customer service. Then change the password ***** your Email accounts also to ensure security.
