when I click on internet explorer , starts to run then after a while I get a message that page can't ne displayed. what can I do?

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Click Start , and then click Control Panel.
  3. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Then close, then open Internet and check.

Solution #2:

- Press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type rstrui then click OK, then click on Next, and restore the computer to any date before this issue has occurred, and check.

Solution #3:

- Disconnect the power cord(s) from the internet modem/router device(s) for a few minutes, then reconnect

; shut down / restart the computer, and check

; if you use Wi-Fi/wireless, make sure the computer is currently connected to your wi-fi/wireless network name. If it's wired connection, make sure the Ethernet/network cable is securely connected from the computer to the Internet modem/router device.

Solution #4:

- Download and install the Google Chrome program at the website below:

; keep default option during installation, and skip / cancel when prompted to sign in Google account
