I have an Acer Aspire which has a problem, it will not boot up and gives a repetitive message Critical Process Died. This happened after I upgraded from Win 8.1 to 10. Is there a solution to this, and can you please help? My computer is two weeks out of warranty. Do you have a USB that can fix this for me?

Do you know how to get into Windows Safe Mode?

And when you boot your computer up (after shutting it down), do you see any messages on the screen with shortcuts, for example Del to enter Setup, or F12 for Boot options?
